Grace Flores started The Pineapple Sweets & Co. as a side hustle while raising her children, Isabella and Sam. With the love and support of her husband, that small dream grew into a family business built on creativity, connection, and community. Through markets, fundraisers, and events, Grace discovered a deep appreciation for Maritime culture and the wonderful people who make the community so special.

Inspired by that connection, Grace created one of the company’s most beloved flavours, Moon Mist, celebrating an iconic Maritime favourite. Today, The Pineapple Sweets & Co. is about more than cotton candy—it’s about family, following a dream, celebrating community, and creating joyful moments for people of all ages.
